# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Every flatbread comes off the grill bursting with melted cheese and caramelized fruit like a secret reward for summer evenings.
  • The blend of smoky, tangy, and creamy makes every slice feel extra festive at casual gatherings or impromptu picnics.
02 -
  • If you try to grill peaches that are too firm, they won't caramelize properly and end up tasting bland.
  • Brushing the flatbread with oil on both sides not only helps avoid sticking, but also makes the base deliciously crisp.
03 -
  • Grilling fruit can get sticky, so clean the grates beforehand for easy release.
  • A little extra olive oil on peaches helps them caramelize and avoids burning.
